I dedicated today to expressing gratitude for life โ€“ for all many gifts โ€“ and to learning how to live each day with a grateful attitude. Prosperity and gratitude go hand in hand! I always try to accept every compliment with gratitude. Every morning and every night, I thank all the Higher powers ๐Ÿ™ No matter what happens in my life, I am grateful for all the lessons ๐Ÿฅฒ that I have learned, even the painful ones. And now I want to once again take the time to give thanks for all the good things that I have in my life:

  1. I am grateful for all the material things that I have: a beautiful home, a luxury car, brands, necessary clothes, insurance, jewelry and much more that makes my life comfortable.
  2. I am grateful for the people in my life: my parents, daughters, husband, close friend Tamara and Maya, as well as many friends whom I love and trust, who will always come to the rescue. Now, I sent a warm SMS to each of my dear people.
  3. I am grateful for lifeโ€™s challenges. Sometimes fate goes against desires and expectations, but the angels and God are always there and help me cope, making me stronger.
  4. And of course I thank God / the Universe โ€“ for the support and for my Higher Spirit with the very fact of my existence in this world and my appearance. I am beyond grateful for what I look like and who I am. Everything that I have and who I am is only by the Will of God.

Today, I will try to control myself when interacting with people, telling them how grateful I am for what they did.

โ€œI give to life with joy, and life gives to me with love.โ€

โ€œI can be whoever I want. I can do what I want. All life supports me.ยป

๐Ÿชž Exercise for working with a mirror

Now, I drink coffee, read a book and write in my journal and am grateful for the opportunity to not work and do what I want. I am grateful for the breakfast that my beloved husband makes me every morning. I am grateful for the amenities that surround me: the bright office of my home with a comfortable chair, my favorite little white IPad and a little white desk. I am grateful for the warm, beautiful weather in Florida and for living in the state of my dreams.

In my bathroom mirror, I expressed gratitude to myself, looking tenderly and deeply into my eyes: โ€œI am grateful for my beautiful smile. Iโ€™m grateful for my skin. I am grateful that I feel completely healthy today. I am grateful that today I have a favorite thing that allows me to work. Iโ€™m grateful for the doctor Iโ€™m going to meet today. Iโ€™m grateful that my husband and I will go out to a restaurant today and unwind a little. I am grateful for my pregnancyโ€.

Every time I pass by a mirror today, I will control myself to say a grateful affirmation that is relevant at the moment.

๐Ÿ“ Whitening Exercise

  • Everyday I give thanks: for example today, I thank all the people who have done me good. Even the most seemingly insignificant things. I thank them for every warm look, for a caring word, for a gift, for support, for attention, for food, for help, for hospitality, for friendship, etc.
  • Today I read the article โ€œThe Great Power of Gratitudeโ€ ๐Ÿ™ https://www.oum.ru/yoga/samorazvitie-i-samosovershenstvovanie/velikaya-sila-blagodarnosti/ . I found an excellent practice that I applied โ€“ the Gratitude Bank. I sent 33 notes of gratitude there:

  • Well, I read an inspiring story about the power of gratitude โ€œHow a gratitude journal changed my lifeโ€ https://interesno.co/myself/f7a1910dc3b5

I kept the same diary for a long time, but one day, Hurricane Ida flooded my home ๐ŸŒ€ (thanks for that) and my diary drowned and this habit along with it. So, Iโ€™ll go and start this habit again.

  • By the way, I want to share my story of gratitude about this situation. When I came to America, I only had enough money to live in the basement. But since I lived near the ocean, it was always humid there and black mold appeared in my apartment. This is very dangerous for health. But I felt sorry for the money to move to another place; I continued to stay in this apartment, which slowed me down in many things. Poverty attracts poverty. I lost a lot of money, energy and health in this apartment. The Universe pointed out to me many times that I should move out of this apartment, but I ignored the signals of fate. One day I was at work and the police department called me and said that our area was being evacuated due to the approach of Hurricane Ida. I quickly went home to pick up my dog โ€‹โ€‹and some things. When Hurricane Ida passed, I returned to my home and found it completely flooded along with my remaining belongings. The Universe decided the issue of my move for me and I started looking for a new home. After some time, I moved to a nice, bright apartment near the forest, and this apartment brought me many pleasant events. I was incredibly grateful to God for taking care of me and despite the fact that I ignored all the warnings, the Higher Powers evicted me and helped me find new housing.

๐Ÿ’ญ Day 19 Heart Thought: โ€œI graciously give and receive gifts.โ€

Deep in the center of my being is an endless source of gratitude. Praise is the gift of prosperity. Today is a sacred gift of life. The universe supports me in every possible way.

Meditation for 19th day: โ€œThe light has comeโ€

My husband and I did this meditation, sitting opposite each other, reflecting each other as if in a mirror. I looked at him with love and wanted to receive love back, we exchanged the energy of love.
